What is the ISPP Refund Policy
ISPP Cancellation and refund policy
Refunds are available following cancellation of ISPP Conference or Event Registration payments. Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Organiser. Cancellations for registrations received 3 months or more before the conference will receive a refund less 10% administration fee. Cancellations received 4-12 weeks before the conference will receive a refund less 20% administration fee. Cancellations received 2-4 weeks before the conference will receive a refund less 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations after these dates. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty. Credit can also be held over to the following year. Any name change must be communicated to the Organising Secretariat by 2 weeks prior to the conference.
Please note that No refunds are available following cancellation of membership or administrative fees.
